Lauren M. Phelps, Attorney at Law, practices law mainly in Scott County, Iowa, Rock Island County, Illinois, and Henry County, Illinois, but is also available to practice in other Iowa and Illinois counties, as well as some federal courts.
The office is conveniently located a few blocks from the Middle Road Exit from Highway I-74, just a block from Home Depot, and across from the Burlington Coat Factory store. Parking is ample, and the building is handicapped-accessible. If you need to use the elevator, enter the building at the west end, and come to the center where you will find an elevator to our third-floor offices.
Our entire staff is dedicated to helping clients with their legal matters regarding Family Law, Criminal Law, and Juvenile Law, as well as other legal matters. As a general practitioner who has, in addition to logging over 17 years as an attorney, built and operated several businesses, some with yearly revenues and assets in the millions, Ms. Phelps also does some small business consulting and contract work.
