Dear Friends,

Transitions bring unease, and it’s in these moments of re-entry when I tend to unearth where my foundation is shaky. Back to school, new grades, new teachers, new routines, and new roles. As a parent, coming off a summer of slower days and shifting expectations, it is a swirl of excitement, panic, and relief all at once. September isn’t the beginning of a new calendar year, but it is a month of new beginnings, trying again, testing, and balancing. It is a vital time of growth and realignment. One of my favorite books to revisit during these moments is Dr. Wayne Dyer's The Power of Intention. It is timeless, and it centers me every time. Dr. Dyer urges us to remember what our true intention is - in this moment, in this season, and in this life. There is so much power and peace in settling into intention. Intention brings clarity and space. I am reminded of my intention to be a light for my family as we navigate our current challenges, big and small. And I am reminded of my intention with all of my work, both inside and outside of the home, to provide something real, connecting, and meaningful. So, as we begin this season of shedding and renewal, I hope to bring something of value to all of you in all of my offerings, and I look forward to the beautiful spectacle of the changing seasons here in New York City.

With Love,

LP
